that it adopted a Resolution dated 23rd November, 1976 for redesignating the teaching posts in the following manner:

rules and this Ministry will provide funds fully for
all such posts. The redesignation
Panipat is concerned, similar office order
was issued on 17.01.1986, redesignating the relevant posts, which are as
