set aside the said relieving order and to
direct the 2nd respondent to issue posting
order to join as Assistant Engineer at the
office ... made several representations to the
respondents requesting for issuance of his
reposting orders to some other place at an early
date but the same
other post. Subsequently, the District Collector, Thiruvallur
passed an order on 07.08.2000, reposting the writ petitioner with a condition that
the seniority of the petitioner ... fixed from the date of his joining based on the reposting order dated
07.08.2000. The said order was not challenged by the writ petitioner during
GADAG UNTIL FURTHER ORDERS.
