right of frontage to N.H.17. The type of easementary

construction for commercial purpose thereby the
Defendant intends to prevent the frontage right of the
Plaintiff from accessing G.S.T Road at all points ... Defendant has got no
right or authority to prevent the frontage right of
Plaintiff from the suit property to the G.S.T Road.
