Reader. He had seen the Robkar Ex.PW1/E written in his own
handwriting.
18. Ld. Counsel ... appellant replied to question 45 "It is
incorrect". Robkar was not prepared on his instruction. He was
authorized to sign at Point
made out, finding to that effect is recorded in
the STR. Robkars are, thereafter, issued showing that no offence has
been made out.
9. Robkar ... common parlance and, hereafter, also referred in the present judgment
as "Robkar".
10. Whenever any such Robkars are issued, the original copies
stayed till the next date of hearing.
Necessary Robkar be issued accordingly. B/W issued against the
accused no. 5 to 8 & 11 received
date already
fixed i.e. 02.07.2016.
Naib Nazir is directed to issue Robkar in this regard.

Field Kanungo a robkar vide his communication dated
04.05.1998, directing the Field Kanungo to undertake
demarcation of the subject
Consolidation Officer of Village Chandanhula
passed a General Order (Robkar) which inter-alia said the
following :
"It is hereby announced that the „Scheme ... Consolidation
Officer during on-going consolidation proceedings.
8.2 General Order/Robkar dated 26.04.2003 cannot be relied upon to
say that consolidation proceedings in respect
order reads thus : "Respondent is not produced from Central Jail. Issue robkar for app. for 2-1-76." However, the order
Shri R. L. Gupta, who passed the decree, sent a Robkar to the court of Shri M. S. Nagra regarding the assignment of the decree
Judge (HQs), Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in
connection with some robkar received from said office and the next date is
19.09.2025.
