days' time is
granted for implementing the judgment, in
default Robkar will be framed against all the
authorities who directly or indirectly are
polluting
2003 and 2-C/2003, and also Robkar(SW) Nos.1-E/2004, 2-E/2004, 3-E/2004, 4-E/2004, 5-E/2004
committed contempt of Court.
11. Registry is directed to frame Robkar against the respondent-Suhail
Hassain Tantray and after framing the Robkar issue notice
placed on
record is, thus, rejected. The Registry shall frame a 'Robkar' and issue formal
notice to Sh. Bishwajit Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary
Since the respondent no. 1 has complied with the Court Order,
the Robkar is discharged and contempt proceedings shall also stand
closed.
