concerning
documents and this conversation is alleged to have
been recorded in Rojnamcha Sana which has been
filed as Annexure A/1. From the Rojnamcha ... coming back from the hospital was required to
be made in the Rojnamcha Sana. In order to
overcome that lapse, it has been mentioned that
mark
the information received at the police station and record it in
Rojnamcha of the police station and therefore, format of FIR
contains clause ... form No.1 about Rojnamcha Sanha
number (serial number of Rojnamcha Sanha). No such entry is
made in FIR nor Rojnamcha was produced to indicate
Station Bajarang Garh about the
incident and vide entry No.946 in Rojnamcha Ex.P-42, the
incident was jotted down. Therefore, it amounts ... Sate of U.P. It is further submitted that
information given in Rojnamcha by the village Chowikidar
Kamal Singh (PW-3) cannot be treated
near Prince Tailors at M.I. Road. The information was entered in Rojnamcha at No. 1077 (Ex. P. 43A) and Rajendra Singh ... report was entered in the Rojnamcha at No. 1080 at 5.25 p.m. and investigation commenced.
4. Another report (Ex. D. 6) was entered
account of the fact that at page No. 47 of the Rojnamcha, it has been recorded that that page has been pasted in the Rojnamcha ... next day L.C. Padamsingh who wrote that report in the Rojnamcha told him that that while taking out the signatures on the second copy
Indian Penal Code.
4. Besides the above, the 'Rojnamcha Sanha' No. 59, dated 1-5-1999 indicates that the detenue and his companions ... accumulated explosive substance. In 'Rojnamcha-Sanha' No. 88, dated 2-5-1999, information regarding the detenue taking explosive substance towards Maharashtra, was recorded
only matters pertaining to office administration etc. which are recorded in the Rojnamcha of the lines.
9. It is however an admitted circumstance that Reserve ... sent phone message to Narsinghpur Police Station, which was recorded in the Rojnamcha of that Police Station vide entry Ex.D-6. Arjun Singh
appellants. It appears that Head Constable Shyamlal
(PW-7) had written a Rojnamcha Ex.P-25 (the trial Court
has marked ... Dehati Nalishi by Sohan Singh also,
therefore the Rojnamcha will be referred as Ex.P-25A which
was lodged by the appellant
Atmaram had lodged a report, which is
mentioned in Rojnamcha sanha no. 283. He had alleged that he was
beaten by Mukesh, Dinesh, Madho ... Babulal, there is no mention that Rajkumar
too was beaten. In rojnamcha sanha No. 287, it is mentioned that
