learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Rojnamcha was
written on 30.04.2017 at 10.29 P.M. which did not carry any
details ... vehicle. The Rojnamcha did not carry the registration
number or the type of the vehicle, while recording the information
about the accident.

13.5. Learned Senior Counsel has further taken this Court to the
Rojnamcha (Ex.P.76) entry of Police Station, Anadra wherein it

13.6. Learned Senior Counsel also submitted that the
discrepancies between the Rojnamcha and the actual FIR acquires
significance because PW-21 was the author
Central Jail, Jodhpur on
11.08.2023 and the same was proved from the Rojnamcha, and
the detenue himself had put his signature as a proof ... same day i.e 11.08.2023, as has also been recorded in the
Rojnamcha of the concerned Jail. Relevant portion of the said
