11. The learned counsel for the petitioners has also urged
that though definition

not a third party information given under Section 11 of the RTI Act. In the
instant case the information sought is not protected ... erred in issuing notice to the
industries under Section 11 of the RTI Act. The said issue is answered by the
Constitution Bench
