deserve to be quashed qua petitioner.

4. On completion of investigation, a charge sheet was filed ... case was registered by the

8. After completion of the investigation in the case
Virender Singh (PW11) was present in the
office of Special Investigating Unit (SIU) at around 4:00 pm on
05.03.2018, when he received a secret ... that she entered the departure report in the
daily diary register of SIU, Chamba and prepared a copy of rapat
corresponding to CBI

Case No. RC-6/1999-SIU, XI-CBI/New Delhi dated 29.10.1999, based on Charge Sheet ... arises, to be investigated by CBI.
FIR No. being RC-6/99-SIU, XI/CBI New Delhi dated 29.10.1999 was thereafter registered.
After investigation
Joginder Singh, HHC Nanak Chand
and Constable Davinder Prasad (PW-5) left SIU, Kullu for
patrolling towards Bhunter side at 2.30 p.m. Rapat ... have stated in one voice that police party left
the office of SIU, Kullu on 20.11.2014 at 2.30 p.m. Rapat in
daily diary entered
existing vacant posts as shown and
proposed in the proposal submitted in SIU(Finance) format vide
Annexure-10A by granting necessary approval from the Finance ... subsequently, the correct particulars of
the petitioners have been received and the SIU proposal has
already been sent to the Government vide DEE, Assam
