registered his mobile No. 9412925666
with the bank for receiving the SMS alert with regard to deposit as well
as withdrawal pertaining to his account ... Before 30.03.2017, the
complainant used to receive SMS alert on his mobile handset regarding
deposit and withdrawal in his account, but from
mini statement request
denial and the mobile number to which two SMS alerts were sent from the ATM
computer.

send SMS alert to his mobile number, he was informed that the SMS alert
credited to his account each on
26.09.2012. This time also no SMS alert was received. On

Bank flagged and alerted, the
addition of these beneficiaries and the alert recommended
'Decline add payee' and also alerted "Transaction IP does ... alert, no other alert seems to have
been raised. No efforts were made by HDFC Bank to examine the
reasons for transactions not been alerted
eliminated by implementation of IPS system, but the
other benefits of SMS alert and availability of records of all transactions are
not limited ... error in collecting digital amount is completely
ruled out.
iv. SMS alert to registered mobile of the customer: The end customer is
informed about
