I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused
dated 14.02.2009, registered at Police Station State Vigilance
Bureau (SVB), Hisar, District Hisar, under Sections
Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 at Police Station SVB, Panchkula,
District Panchkula.
2. As per the case of prosecution, in the year 2007, the Department

Dhan, conducted an enquiry into the matter ... Corruption Act, 1988 was registered against all the accused at
Police Station, SVB, Hisar. After completion of investigation, challan
against all the accused was prepared
Indian Penal Code at Police Station SVB, Rohtak
against Balbir Singh and Pyare Lal. After investigation and on
presentation of challan, charge was framed
