petitioners claim to have been
allotted a 31-cottah plot in Salt Lake. It does not appear that after
the initial letters issued within
provide him a suitable alternative plot in lieu of
the Plot Ap-7, Sector-V, Salt Lake;
AND WHEREAS this Department vide Memo ... State of West Bengal to restore
possession of Plot No. AP-7, Sector-V, Salt Lake to the
petitioner;
AND WHEREAS being aggrieved
complains that, an application for change of user of a plot at Salt
Lake is yet to be considered and decided by the authorities
period of 999 years in
respect of plot no. AA/ 89 Sector. 1 Salt Lake, Kolkata. 700064. The said
Maniklal Sengupta constructed a building
lease in respect of a
plot of land being No. 112 in Block-HB of Sector-III of
Salt Lake in the year 1st December
made in the office of the Additional District Sub-Registrar,
Bidhannagar, Salt Lake City. The Assistant General Manager (Marketing),
West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation ... considered as excellent initial location vis-à-
vis Salt Lake/Kolkata. The principal use of the plot is for commercial
purpose.
Audit observed that

Since admittedly, the property in question being plot No. 249 in Block
CL in Sector II, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 91 belongs to the petitioner
having its office at WBIIDC Building, 2nd Floor, Block - DJ. Plot
No.10, Salt Lake City, Sector - II, Bidhannagar, Kolkata- 700 091
to appear
