present complaint
regarding administration of stupefying substance falls flat in view of chemical
examination of blood sample of the prosecutrix which negates her version
sample seal.
PW3 HC Narender Singh proved the recording of the
FIR Ex.PW3/A.
PW4 Pratap Singh was the landlord of the flat ... collected his sample
from the doctor, PW6 who had taken the prosecutrix to the
hospital for her medical examination and collected her samples,

signed by him at PointA and further deposed that the blood sample
of patient/accused Pradeep @ Balli was sealed and handed over ... locality where the
prosecutrix lives and where the office and the flat of accused Pradeep @
Balli are situated who deposed that accused Pradeep was working
medical examination, Doctor handed over MLC of accused alongwith
sealed pullinda and sample seal. Thereafter, accused was brought to PS
and handed over to IO alongwith ... with HC Tribhuvan
Nath. He accompanied him to House No. 108, SFS Flats, Ph - 3, Ashok
Vihar, Delhi. At the aforesaid house, one maid servant
