the Village Officer who prepared Ext.P4 scene plan. PW8 is the
Sub Inspector of Police who recorded ... prepared Ext.P3 inquest report, seized MO1 to
MO10. No scene mahazar was prepared as there was a detailed
description of scene of occurrence
present at the time of preparation of
inquest.
