A careful reading of the evidence on record in the light of
the aforesaid legal provision under Section 503 IPC depicts
Section 506 is the penal section which states the
punishment for the offence of criminal intimidation; the offence
itself is defined in s. 503 . Leaving ... case was registered for the offence under Sections 353 and 506 I.P.C.
After noticing Section 503 , which defines criminal intimidation, this Court
laid
