Organized Crime Act, 1999 (For short, "the MCOC
Act "), the provisions of MCOC Act came to be
applied

mandatory under section 23 (2) of the MCOC Act to prosecute any
person. If two charge-sheets ... Division Bench of this Court while
dealing with section 23 (2) of the MCOC Act has observed as under:
