of shift system in the School, no additional post is
admissible for 2011-12, though, the pupils' strength ... stated

therefore there is no change in number of posts of

school in two shifts for want of sufficient space and one new building
is being constructed and the shift system will be stopped when
round-the-clock' system cannot be held to be arbitrary or illegal.
14. The purpose of introducing the said system, by the Railways ... utilise the labourers and the staff, efficiently, by following the shift system, if needed. As such, the writ petitions are liable to be dismissed. Hence

6. As far as the shifts are concerned, learned Counsel
submitted that, though the shift is adjusted between all the three
