"White Rabbit Spa and Massage Parlour" after coming to
know about the vacancy therein, through an App called ... that the victim has
been working in one "White Rabbit Spa and Massage
Parlour" since six months and the petitioner, owner
brothel and prostitution racket
in the name of running a massage center & spa. In the
process, the detenue has procured women of foreign
national

there is no business of prostitution in the spa of the
accused persons. The spa is run by the accused ... they are
recruited staff in the spa and customers visit the spa for
massage etc., There are no antecedents of the
petitioners. The accused

ORDER
Petitioner claims to be running Spa and Cross-gender
Massage Centres in Koramangala, R.T.Nagar and
Malleshwaram.
2. Shri
seen that these petitioners are customers at massage
parlor by name 'Aurah SPA and Saloon situated at
No.2726, 1st Floor, 80 Feet Road ... building and at that time the petitioners were present in
the said massage parlor as customers.
3. This Court had an occasion to deal with
informant received an information
that at a massage parlour namely "Blanca Paloma Spa
and Salon" situated at No.620, 1st Floor, 1st Stage ... been involved in prostitution

under the name "body to body massage", "happy
ending", "Sandwich" massages. The informant after
orthopedic surgeon,
develops interest in Ayurveda, seeks to set up an ayurvedic
massage centre. Leaves it to function at the hands of other
accused ... that the intention of running this spa was to
treat the patient by way of orthopedic
physiotherapy massage.
7. I state that upon the respondent
ayurvedic massage centre, set up by
accused No.1. He would submit that in terms of the affidavit of
