Appellate Authority, SSC pleading as follows:-
"Reply given by SSC vide their letter dated 27.4.2007 is in
contrary to sub section (8) of Section ... vide our decision in Daulatram Jhamnadas
Nasra vs. SSC, case No.CIC/WB/A/2007/00398 of 6.6.'08 to ensure
extension of such
case."
However, in his order of 23.5.07 Shri L. Vishwanathan, Director and
Appellate Authority, SSC dismissed the appeal in the following words:
"According ... vide our decision in
Daulatram Jhamnadas Nasra vs. SSC, case
No.CIC/WB/A/2007/00398 of 6.6.'08 to ensure extension of such
several others involving the CPIOs of the
SSC. Nearly in every case, the SSC defaults in providing information in time.
No amount of punishment, warning ... infrastructure at his command. We
have found, case after case, that in the SSC, the officers in charge of
conducting examinations or doing postexamination

Ms. Usha Malhotra, S.O. SSC submitted that although the application
in this case had been received, there is no record ... superannuation. Although, therefore,
there will be no penalty in this case the Director, SSC is advised to review the
procedure for receipt of RTI application
SSC including Sh R.RajaKannu ,the CPIO.
iv) The CPIO being a Senior Class-I Officer in the present case cannot be
taken as ignorant ... representations. He further explained that it is not the case that
SSC has withheld any information but the Appellant is not even asking for
information

SSC. She narrated similar other instances to prove that she had
submitted her certificate at the examination centre as was desired by the SSC ... only her case has been singled out by
SSC as a case of non-submission of the required certificate for seeking exemption
from the typing
year 2011 informed him that this is a case of SSC, Bangalore. The
appellant also stated that he had failed in the medical test ... forwarded to the FAA/Dy Director, SSC,
Chandigarh as the recruitment relating to ITBP has been handled by SSC (NWR),
Chandigarh. In all, the appellant
even the SSC had
clearly stated his preference to be QRP in the mark sheet which had been
uploaded in the SSC website. We have ... based on which he was
eventually allocated a different service. In case, the SSC discovers that a
mistake was made, needless to say, it must
