Science Branch is directed to maintain records of
Newspaper and magazines received in this office ... August 2011, it has specifically
been averred that the petitioner was working as Store Keeper in the
Science Branch of the DOE but was being
Certify Mr. Sumer Singh, S/o Ravi Chand his working Store-Keeper in our Stores for the period of 02.02.1979 to 31.01.1981.
for SAKSHI AUTOMOBILES ... saying that Sharvan Kumar had been working in the Work Shop Office on P.O.L seat, Store Duty Collection Material from
stores, site office, labour camp, steel yard and cement
stores etc. and idle maintenance of site staff and site telephone. The
balance estimate of work ... work site or that there was inadequate supply of cement for execution
of the work or that timely instructions and checking of work sub
structure

28.1. PW12 deposed that he knows A1, who was working as
Inspector in Zone 421 under
Claim No.2 (In respect of preliminary works vis temporary offices,
temporary store,water storage tank, temporary water distribution lines
and labour hutments ... carry out the following preparatory work:-
(a) Construction of temporary offices and stores for storage of
cements, other articles to be incorporated in the works
matrix, as emerges from the record, is that the petitioner
was working as Store Keeper in petrol pump run by Delhi
Administration. During the tenure ... alleged that during the period 18.08.1983 to
24.02.1984, the petitioner had worked as store keeper and shortage
of 91,626 litres of petrol
trap, and denied that work was continuously in
progress except for cement work. He further deposed that where
work is stopped and not completed ... nominal size in Cement
concrete work. So I stopped the work & locked the cement store.
Today when I went to site then I found
working period were
normal and he had worked with management till 08.08.2017.
He further deposed that he was working with management as
Store Keeper ... given any designation to him
but it used to take work of Store Keeper, Job Card opening or
closing, cashier to workman. Though

Board, Meerut. Thereafter, while working as a Store Keeper he was
placed under suspension by Cantonment Board Resolution No.231
dated ... Board based on the findings of the surprise verification
of the stores & works of the Board, the then GOC-in-Chief, Central
Command/respondent
