others, but his work was supervised by the Works Manager in Store
I.D. No. 101/09 Page ... used to report to the Works Manager
at the work Shop; that in the absence of the Work Manager, he used to
report
stated that when she was promoted as Senior Store
Assistant, seven Store Assistants were working under her.
To quote from her testimony, " When ... promoted as
Senior Store Assistant, seven Store Assistants were
working under me." Except her designation on promotion
as Senior Store Assistant
doing such work and have been paid by the management directly for the said work.

manner or not;

Prasad could not claim promotion to it merely because he was
working as a store-keeper before. There is of course
promised result of the work to be done but the first party has control over the manner in which such work is to be done ... certain godowns and to employ workmen exclusively for the handling and storing works for the FCI. Here the CWC merely acts as an agent
