Shri R.L. Prasad is the Public Servant, who was
working as Stores Officer, AIIMS, New Delhi, has been primarily charge
sheeted for having committed ... including the accused herein Sh.
R.L. Prasad, who was working as Stores Officer with AIIMS under section
Pradeep on 19.6.2007 and further
admitted that he had lastly worked in the store of the management on
19.6.2007. This shows that his last situs ... Store meaning thereby that
he was the Incharge of the Store. He also admitted that he had handed
over the charge of Mohan Nagar Store
that the
applicant is continuing in the service of present petitioner as Store Keeper
for the last 14 years, may be by virtue ... vehemently argued that most
of the period, the applicant continued to work as Store Keeper by virtue of
an interim order granted by the Court
working as Assistant Grade III in
the Water Resources Department and vide order
dated 29.8.2013 petitioner has been transferred from
the Work Shop Store ... only to
deprive the petitioner of the additional charge of the
work shop available with him.
