February 2011 initiated Sunset Review Investigations by recording the
following observations:
"In
view of the order ... Rule 23 of the AD Rules, the
Authority hereby initiates a sunset review investigation to review
the need for continued imposition of the duties
duty for further
period of six months, of course, pending the sunset review. It appears
that thereafter, once again on 28.10.2021, a Notification came ... Notification No. 82/2011-Customs
dated 25th August 2011.
