the Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal ('the TDSAT'),
New Delhi bench, in the case of Association of Unified Service ... Department of Telecommunications ('DOT'); the said order of the
TDSAT was challenged by the Government before the Hon'ble
Supreme Court
Telecom service providers then
approached the „Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal
(TDSAT)‟, New Delhi, which by Interim orders passed in November
2012, directed ... Appellant for the future.
10. After the interim order of TDSAT, the said other Telecom service
providers started paying to the Appellant from November
Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and Telecom Dispute Settlement Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT).
