dated 31.12.2009 before respondent No.2 for refund of
TED which has been rejected by 3rd respondent ... respondent No.5 proposing to reject the refund
application on the ground that refund of TED has to be
filed before the Regional authority. Respondent
that the Apex Court in the
above case has ordered a refund of TED. In the present
case, the petitioner has made an application ... refund of
TED but the same has been dishonored. Hence, he
submitted that a direction may be issued to the fourth
respondent to reconsider
