and opened the same. She asked the appellant to keep the
currency ... diary. After closing the diary, the appellant kept
the same in her table drawer. She locked the table drawer
and kept

by the appellant and put it into the drawer of the table. As instructed earlier,
PW.1 conveyed signal. Getting the signal ... recovery of M.O.1 series from the drawer of
the table of the appellant. In support of the recovery of M.O.1 series
recovered at the instance of A.O from
his table drawer. After obtaining sanction order, the Investigating Officer laid
the charge sheet.
