the land in question interferes merely in the proposed vehicle testing track
which as per the petitioner does not constitute any public purpose ... released, would
interfere in the planning i.e. proposed vehicle testing track, therefore,
recommended to acquire the same. Accordingly, the State Government
acquired 29
acres of land in Aurangabad to develop a test track which will be ready in
2018. Further, the company is planning to increase
