Statement of allegations
On 16/17.7.86 a Special Ticket Checking drive was
conducted on 30 DN by Central Ticket Checking
squad of Railway ... duty along with TTE Tajinder Singh and
CTI Ram Lal. While checking tickets in the 1st class coach they
were informed by R.C. Saxena
tickets who was still in the process
of issuing the tickets.
11. The allegation of the management that the workman had not
issued tickets ... checking staff, therefore, the said act of the checking staff is
of great significance as it fails to conclusively establish that the tickets were
handed

ticket to the said passenger even after collecting the ticket fare of
Rs.2/- from him. The checking staff recorded the statement ... fare before issuing ticket. He
has also stated that workman had issued ticket to him in the
meantime checking staff snatched ticket from his hand
Checking Team demanded the unpunched ticket, he refused to give
unpunched ticket and later gave punched tickets.
