the Petitioner had sustained 3 grievous injuries and one simple
injury ... already completed 3 years study and for 4th year,
which was an Apprentice Training year and through the College,
he was working as a stipendiary

Prior to the accident, deceased was working as
an Apprentice Trainee at BEML Ltd., and was getting
an income
very much involved in the said road traffic
accident, wherein, the deceased Sagar. V., S/o. Vijay Kumar. V.,
succumbed to the accidental spot itself ... stated that, her son was completion of
Diploma joined to BHEL as Apprentice on 14.09.2010 and was
getting an Apprentice Stipend of Rupees
