This writ appeal is filed by the Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) against
the order dated 09.12.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge ... presumed production and vacancy reservation — the relief was granted.
Aggrieved thereby, the TRB has filed the present writ appeal.
5.The primary contentions raised
appellant viz., the Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB), who stood as
2nd respondent before the writ Court, called for applications from eligible
candidates for appointment ... secured 61.50 marks and was also
called for certificate verification, subsequently, the TRB released a list of non-
selected candidates or ineligible candidates
2018 dated 18.07.2018 issued by the
Teachers' Recruitment Board (TRB). In the Selection List for the said post,
the appellant/petitioner was placed ... place in Human Rights Law.
4. However, the Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) withheld the
selection of the appellant/petitioner, for want of relevant documents
Government vide G.O.Ms.Nos.145 and 146, permitted TRB to fill up 6665 posts
of Graduate Assistants (B.T. Assistants) for the year ... ratio
of 1:5, the Government sponsored 31190 candidates;
(ii) The TRB selected 6532 candidates for the period 2009-10 out of 6665 and
