(Unauthorised Use of electricity for a different purpose/category for which
meter was installed
mentioned that it is the case of UUE/suspected theft. PW1 and
PW2 in their respective cross examinations, categorically admitted
that only on the basis

detected that plaintiff was indulged in unauthorized use of electricity (UUE)/ misuse
from his domestic connection, therefore a case of unauthorized use of electricity
held that plaintiff had indulged
in unauthorized use of electricity (UUE) and hence is liable to pay
misuse charges as per tariff. Accordingly, a misuse
submitted
by the defendant as the consumer was also found indulged in UUE his
regular bill is levied accordingly to applicable misuse tariff
aforementioned irregularities a case of unauthorised
use of Electricity (UUE)/Misuse of Electricity u/s 126 of Electricity Act, 2003
was booked against the plaintiff
