Phadke has been under his treatment for cervical
spondylities and vertigo from 02.12.2004 to 09.07.2005 and this appeal has been
filed ... pertinent to
note that a person who is suffering from spondylitis and vertigo cannot be
asked to take bed rest as has been mentioned
given at Government Hospital. She
might have been admitted for benign positional vertigo and hypertension with
cervical spondylosis. There was no
negligence in administering ... stated that she complained vomittings and she was
diagnosed as benign peritoneal vertigo
with hypertension. He mentioned the treatment given by him was for hypertension
general discomfort, nausea, abdominal discomfort, anorexia,
constipation or diarrhea, skin rash, malaise, vertigo, headache,
intensive flushing of the face, perspiration, increase in the

regard to earlier disease of Diabities and Vertigo. The District
Forum,Ajmer vide impugned order dated 7.7.2011 while allowing the
claim
driving licence for commercial vehicle. Persons
suffering with severe and persistent vertigo should not be
issued a driving licence.‖
23. The aforesaid minutes have been

fever and vertigo".

Diabetics, High-Cholestrol,
Renal Calli of both the side of kidney, with vertigo and General Debility

There was swelling around the wound and the patient
was feeling vertigo.
2. Reddish bruise 10 cm x 2 cm in size on the dorsom
antero
posterialy, lying on the sajittal suture with profuse bleeding,
vomiting and vertigo were present. Patient was kept under
observation.
