take any interest in the dinner which was served on the wedding
night i.e. 18.2.1991. It is also the case of the respondent that ... also the defence of the appellant that on the wedding
night the respondent entered the bedroom showering filthy abuses on
the appellant and told
above that it
is pleaded in the petition that on the wedding night,
respondent wife with her cousin brothers, namely
Vicky and Bedi remained ... Yash Pal could not sleep in his
bed room on the wedding night. Yash Pal slep in the
room of Raj Kumar in our house
painful to say that the marriage was wrecked on the wedding night itself. The marriage was not consummated."
54. Though ... divorce petition, she has stated as follows:-

12. The conduct
alleged that when the spouses celebrated their first wedding night at Bombay, the wife told the husband that he was having an ugly face
