plaintiff against
the defendant comprises of the following:-
(i) Payments withheld by the customers of the plaintiff -
Rs.96,33,360/-
(ii) Defective stocks that ... defective, the plaintiff is entitled to the following claims:-
(a) Payments withheld by the customers of the plaintiff amounting
to Rs.96,33,360/-, which
defendant requesting to release the payment. On
06.12.2014, defendant released the outstanding payment. The
defendant withhold the payment, therefore plaintiff vide letter dt.
20.02.2015 requested ... defendant to release the withheld payment
and also sent a copy of final bill of Rs. 10,17,407/-, however, defendant
again requested to extend

29. The counsel argued that the cause of action first arose on 03.10.2017 when
the respondent withheld the information of receipt ... arbitrators and calling upon the respondent to either release the allegedly
withheld payment or nominate an arbitrator from their side within a period
obtained from it under
coercion, duress and pressure, since UOI withheld legitimate payments
and bank guarantee from VSB and denied releasing them without
submission ... amount, highlighting its precarious financial
conditions to UOI, however, UOI withheld payments on
various accounts and kept returning the final bill to
downsize
GAIL/Consultant.
16. The disputes arose between the parties as GAIL withheld the
payment of amounts due to SPL under the Contract ... reproduced as under:

invoice value withheld from various invoices raised
by SPL
