Transport Corporation was found to have carrying 25 passengers
without ticket, which caused financial loss to the Corporation.

Malhotra handed over the accused to him as he was
found without ticket. On being inquired, the accused stated that he had

generated the JCR Ticket without collecting the fare to facilitate the

checked and despite there being no passenger without ticket
remark of 15 passengers without ticket was made. However,
without conducting ... inspection it
was found that 11 passengers were travelling in bus without
ticket. The inspecting team made a remark that plaintiff is guilty
and negligent
train, which was going from Ferozpur
to Ludhiana; he was travelling without ticket; he had requested the Ticket
Checker to charge genuine fare from ... travelling in the train without ticket when he was caught by
the Ticket Checker and the Ticket Checker had handed him over to the
police
