written statements, denied the factum of the accident
as well as the involvement of the offending vehicle in
any accident

wheeler scooter ... told that car No.MNC-8920 has caused

2. Brief facts which ... rash and negligent manner dashed against the deceased. Due to the accident the deceased sustained multiple and grievous injuries and died on the spot
interest per annum for the injuries suffered by him in a vehicular accident.
2. The appellant/claimant was travelling in a car bearing registration ... parts of his body and his teeth were also broken. After the accident, he was given first aid at Civil, Hospital, Bawal, from where
goods have been lost or
destroyed by natural causes or by unavoidable
accident or are claimed by the manufacture as
unfit for consumption ... assessee, as these were due to neither
natural causes, nor unavoidable accident. Thus, the prayer
for remission was declined. The assessee filed the appeal
before
murder of the insured can be held to be 'accidental death'?
4. In our view, it is absurd to contend that ... murder' of an insured would not be treated as an accidental death in view of the terms of the policy. The relevant terms
also reimburse the value of
the said stock lost due to accident during transportation. The
complainant submitted that while the tanker was carrying diesel ... with an accident on 2-3-2005 around 12.30 a.m. at the
distance of 1 km from Kalwakurthy as a result of which
appellant-Corporation. One K. Lingam lost his life purportedly in a
vehicle accident. His widow and the minor children claimed compensation.
Similarly his widow ... while the injured claimant in respect of the same accident
claimed compensation of Rs.1,00,000/-. It was the case of the claimants
that
that neither he nor the vehicle in question ever
involved in the accident. This respondent rendered the
helping hand at the spot and even called ... denied that TSR
in question was involved in the accident.
5. Appellant-Insurance Company in its written
statement has admitted that the offending vehicle
