Mark A was found containing paracetamol, caffeine,
acetylcodeine, monoacetylmorphine, diacetylmorphine &
alprazolam and the percentage of diacetylmorphine was 2.5
per cent and alprazolam ... purity percentage. As far as other
chemicals i.e. paracetamol, caffeine, acetylcodeine,
monoacetylmorphine are concerned, they do not stand
covered within the ambit and scope
same the samples were found to contain
Caffeine, Acetylcodeine, Monoacetylmorphine and
Diacetylmorphine. However, the percentage of
Diacetylmorphine were found
were found to be contain paracetamol, caffeine,
acetylcodeine, Monoacetylmorphine, Diacetylmorphine &
Alprazolam.
ii. However, on Gas Chromatography examination,
exhibits A1 & B1 were

7 After completion of the investigation,
chargesheet u/s 21 NDPS ... methods and found that
Ex.A and B were containing diactylmorphine Caffeine,
Acetylcodeine and Monoacetylmorphine and the percentage
of diactylmorphine was found
examination, exhibit 'A' was
found to contain Paracetamol, Caffeine, Acetylcodeine,
Monoacetylmorphine, Diacetylmorphine, Phenobarbital &
Alprazolam.
(ii) However, on Gas Chromatography examination, exhibit
similar view even after said notification. FSL result shows
presence of phenobarbital, acetylcodeine,
monoacetylmorphine as well and only the percentage of
phenobarbital and diacetylmorphine could
examiner, it has been proved that contents of the sample
contained caffeine, Acetylcodeine, Monoacetylmorphine, and
diacetylmorphine (0.092%). Therefore, contention raised by
learned Addl. Public Prosecutor
tests,
chromatography and instrumental methods and they were found to
contain Phenobarbital, Acetylcodeine, Monocetylmorphine and
