MACP including the petitioners. Thereafter, Principal of both
the colleges pointed
Assured Career Progression scheme
(herein after referred to as the "ACP/MACP scheme"). It is also
prayed that in case recovery has already ... presumption that the petitioners have wrongly been
granted the benefits of ACP/MACP scheme, from the specified

seeks to file a detailed representation before the District
Magistrate, Buxar ... entitled for benefit of financial upgradation on
account of benefit of ACP/MACP, he must direct the
Sanctioning Authority to issue revised sanction letter
granted the
benefit of 1st time bound promotion and the benefit of ACP rules
prior to his death in harness.
11. Learned counsel points ... regular promotion as
also for getting the benefit of ACP/MACP.
12. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has
opposed this application
statement of non-teaching employees of constituent
colleges with provision of ACP/MACP in pursuance of the
University Memo ... shall also be entitled to the consequential benefits,
including that of ACP/MACP.
15. The respondents shall compute the entire
arrears payable to the appellant
