murder. Hence, euthanasia can be voluntary only".
1.2 We are here concerned with passive euthanasia as distinct from 'active ... society who believe
that euthanasia should be made lawful, but as the laws now stand, euthanasia
(other than passive euthanasia) is a crime in common
Supreme Court referred to the distinction between withdrawing life
support and euthanasia, as follows: (p. 665).

the other hand, euthanasia-actively causing his death to avoid or to
