20. The petitioner has placed on record the bills, Ex. PW2/11, for

COMPENSATION FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENT EXPENSES
21. The petitioner has placed
treatment with the
OPD. It is stated that petitioner also got treatment/ acupuncture from
Ranjit Memorial Hospital & Acupuncture Yoga - Naturapathy college of
Research ... hospital. Petitioner stated that he
was treated in Bengal for naturopathy and acupuncture for 20-22 days
(from 25/26.12.2010 to 16.01.2011). Petitioner
paid Rs. 64,158/ for expenses towards
doctors visit, medical tests, medication, acupuncture therapies,
phantom paid and physiotherapy and other miscellaneous expenses ... doctors like allopathic and Ayurvedic medicine,
vibration therapy, mirror therapy acupressure, acupuncture, however,
none of the treatments had any effects on the condition
bills of Rs. 31,500/ towards
Acupuncture treatment and stated that her treatment is to continue for
life long. So future medical expenses are also
complainant and the accused for carrying the business of providing
physiotherapy, acupuncture, acupressure and pathological test etc. in
the name and style of Horizon Healthcare
merely stated that on 27.05.2005
accused came to his office with a acupuncture block. Despite
opportunity, he was not cross examined.
