3. The complainant had alleged that

• CW-215 - Archana has stated that she had taken
acupuncture treatment from the petitioner in his
house at Tagachaguppe, Kumbalagodu
medicine such as Ayurveda, Unani,
Homeopathy, Yoga, Naturopathy and Siddha; and
includes Acupuncture and Acupressure treatments."

6. Learned counsel for the respondent / defendant stoutly
contends that plaintiff
whereas respondent No.4 possesses
qualification of MBBS, Diploma in Anesthesiology and
Acupuncture. Therefore learned counsel would submit that
respondent No.4 would not possess
