stating that Dr. Gunasekaran (A-1) claiming to be a Doctor practicing acupuncture therapy has produced bogus title deeds to obtain a loan amount
this amount was charged from respondent No. 2, promising him a complete Acupuncture treatment. This is factually incorrect and wrong.
9. The learned counsel ... also mentioned that the petitioner is not registered for practicing Acupuncture. It may be pertinent to mention that respondent No. 2 has also filed

25/11/2003 prescribed that certain practices like
acupuncture and Hypnotherapy which qualified as modes
of therapy, could be allowed to be practised ... Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare which directed that certain practices such as
acupuncture and Hypnotherapy which were qualified as
modes of therapy, could
practice Homeopathy medicine and
Acupuncture from the year 1988. The petitioner is doing Homeopathy
medical and Acupuncture practice without any remarks. However, without

recommended that certain practices as
Acupuncture and Hypnotherapy which are
qualified as modes of therapy, could be allowed
Petitioner had passed one year Diploma Course in
