7. Further perusal
direction that the interim maintenance paid to wife be
adjusted towards the maintenance of daughter -
C.Deekshitha (respondent No.2 herein).
2. The records reveal ... amount so paid in
favour of respondent No.1 may be adjusted as
maintenance to be paid in favour of respondent No.2.

and accordingly, the petitioners ... said amount released in
their favour and same would be adjusted towards

the maintenance awarded by the appellate Court is

13. The interim maintenance @ of Rs.6,000/-
per month (50% of the interim maintenance
granted by the trial court) already paid ... petitioner to the respondent during pendency of
this proceedings shall be adjusted towards
maintenance claimed by the respondent from the
date of petition till
appellant/husband and the
same will have to be adjusted towards the maintenance
calculated. It is further argued that the said amount cannot
be considered ... considered as amount spent
towards medical expenses and cannot be adjusted towards
arrears of maintenance.

6. So far as financial capacity of the appellant
came to be allowed, directing the petitioner to adjust the
amount received earlier towards the future maintenance.
In so far as this order is concerned ... client and the earlier maintenance amount may not
be adjusted towards the future maintenance.
4. If it is so, nothing survives to be considered
Whether the Lower Appellate Court has
erred in law in adjusting the maintenance
paid in terms of the impugned judgment
and decree towards the maintenance ... awarded Rs.1500/- and
that is sufficient, accordingly adjusted the said amount
payable as maintenance amount. When the respondent
filed petition for seeking divorce
amount of Rs.20,000/-. The said amount shall be adjusted in
the maintenance that is to be paid to the wife. Then coming ... ordered
by the trial Court, the same shall be adjusted in
the maintenance that is to be paid to the wife.
iii. The husband shall
executed for a sum
of Rs.43,40,000/- and after adjusting the
maintenance expenses and also the personal
loan of Respondent
