3. On 13.09.2011, the respondents issued another Corrigendum-
Advertisement whereby English was made mandatory at the 12th level
examination, and the applicant ... applicant has taken the ground that in
pursuance of the Corrigendum-Advertisement dated 13.09.2011, she had
submitted her 10th class Hindi certificate, along with
date for all the candidates, even after the Corrigendum
Advertisement.
10. It was submitted that it was more so required to have been issued
before ... original Advertisement, while she had applied
only against the Corrigendum to that original Advertisement.
23. We have anxiously considered the facts of the case
receipt of a copy of this order by issuing a corrigendum to the advertisement to this effect. It goes without saying that the applicants ... qualified.
7. Subsequently, the DSSSB issued the Annexure A-5 Corrigendum to the aforesaid Advertisement No. 04/2009 by which the earlier prescribed essential qualification

corrigendum, or option exercise was undertaken by BSNL
for these posts. Applicants

in the advertisement itself and as such the same ... replace the scale advertised in Annexure A-6, being
