Secrecy of ballot undoubtedly is an indispensable
adjunct of free and fair ... disclose by any authority as to for whom he voted so that a
voter may vote without fear or favour and is free from
influence the decision of those voting at the meeting ? I think, the answer is unquestionably in the affirmative. I need stress the point which
