20. Similar view has been taken by this Court
first of them i.e. A. Dinohamy v.
W.L. Blahamy [AIR 1927 P.C. 185] their Lordships of the Privy
Council laid down ... concubinage.
11. In Mohabhat Ali v. Md. Ibrahim Khan [AIR 1929 PC 135]
their Lordships of the Privy Council once again laid down that
unimpeachable evidence.
