State of
Uttarakhand informs that the respondent Atol Singh has already been
regularised as per Regularization Rules 2011. The High Court’s order
shows that
from 5th of January, 1995 to
28th February, 1997 had not been regularised by sanctioning
leave as admissible.

petitioner had already been regularised, there may be change in the seniority
list, which cannot
absents in his account, it is stated that these absents have already been regularised. Here also the delinquent is trying to misguide the authority ... also absented himself on 50 different occasions, about fifteen occasions have already been decided as not spent on duty and also awarded two major penalties
submitted that the State should take
steps to regularise all these appellants by way of one-time measure.
9. Mr. A. Sharan, learned senior counsel ... long time and
he should be regularised in the said post since he has already obtained
the status of employee working in the Board
already implemented the impugned judgments
and does not want to disturb the services of the respondents, the services of
the respondents which stood regularised should ... took up these appeals for hearing, the Government had already issued orders
regularising the services of some of the employees with prospective effect.
11. Therefore
find out the ways and means to regularise the same. The State Government had already appointed a High Power Committee for the said purpose
