opinion/answer to question/reply to a query which is interrogatory in nature
which does not fall under the purview
para 5 it is submitted that the applicant has
sought answer to an interrogatory query which is not covered under
the definition of information under
seeking clarification or
interrogatory or accusatory. The RTI Act does not cast on the Public Authority any
obligation to answer queries, in which a petitioner
pressed for answers to her queries. It is relevant to
mention here that information sought were interrogatory in nature and not
covered
also entitles the candidates to seek inspection and certified
copies of their answer scripts. In our opinion, the existence of these two
