their non-compliance and answer the interrogatories, that the
interrogatories supplied by the plaintiffs came to be answered.
24. Plaintiffs have doubted the veracity ... answer or to answer further, as the case may be. Insufficient answers
would mean incomplete or incoherent answers, and not incorrect

answered the interrogatories on the ground that the same are not
relevant for the purposes of adjudication ... interrogatories in any manner are scandalous or irrelevant. It also
cannot be said that the aforesaid interrogatories which the plaintiffs
have refused to answer

Counsel appearing for plaintiff/respondent submitted that husband of
plaintiff/respondent has filed an affidavit ... have been
answered by plaintiff and affidavit which has been filed by husband of plaintiff
cannot be answered to the said interrogatories.

is, therefore, a matter of the discretion for the Court. Interrogatories
