10. Therefore, it is evident that the impugned Proceedings
intended family reunion. Thereafter, on
20.09.2018, the petitioner got the marriage certificate
apostilled (attested) from the Ministry of External Affairs,
New Delhi
this court.
Accordingly, on 11.6.2019, the corporate guarantee was duly
executed and apostilled by the parent company VIH BV in the
Netherlands and hard copy
learned Advocate for the respondent states that a
copy of the apostilled affidavit of the Polish Advocate for the
respondent has been received ... same on record. The registry is
accordingly directed to take the aforesaid apostilled affidavit on
record.
